Occupational Therapy
Mr Benedict Tan (Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice, La Trobe
University, Australia) is a fully registered occupational therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council
(AHPC) Singapore with more than 5 years of clinical working experience as a Paediatric Occupational
Therapist in various hospitals, institutions and schools.
Mr Benedict has managed paediatric caseload, providing support for children with special needs,
learning difficulties and developmental delays, conducted initial and standardized assessments (e.g.
Handwriting, Visual-Motor Skills, Coordination, Balance) and collaborated and provided support to parents on
behavioural management strategies in the home environment.
